If you know anything about me, it’s that my favorite non-meat is Tempeh. Now for you non-veg heads TEM-PAY is fermented soybeans (but it’s not tofu!). Sounds terrible, but it’s delicious and the only meat imposter which can, in capable hands, transform into a plausible fake bacon (although it lacks the pliability to wrap around a scallop).
